I took Grandma on a field trip on Wednesday so she could get out of the house and Grandpa could do some things he has been wanting to do around the yard. She really doesn't get out much anymore and I thought a ride to the dahlias would do her some good. We went through the display garden and she liked every single flower I think. She wanted to take home some purple flowers, but, they didn't have any so she settled for the red ones I picked out. Then we headed off to the house and she walked through the yard letting me know what we had that she wanted! (And when she want's something, she wants it now!!) I had her for most of the day and she was pretty tired when we got home. I hope she had as much fun as I did and we will be sure to do it again next year!
