As the sun goes down yesterday, it looks as if it's a beautiful spring day, not the middle of winter! I have been working in the yard and am seeing all the spring bulbs and plants starting to bloom and grow towards the sky. The yard is ready for all the wonders of spring, but there is little to no rain this month, so I have been having to help mother nature out by watering the lawn and flower beds. Yes, you read it right, watering in February! We have had perfect weather all week with highs in the 60's and night time lows in the lower 30's. I have been going for walks with the dogs a few times a week and just cant believe the spring time weather. Hope everyone is enjoying the early spring and hope this summer is just as grand!!!!!

Is Spring in the air?

Well, life has been getting better and better. I'm going to have to change the name of the blog to something else! I have been getting better and better and the pain has gone down a lot. Stan was in Atlanta for 5 days looking for new and fun things for Hot off the Press. He really loves going to the shows and buying for his pet projects at work. His boss just loves him and he just loves his job.
I spent a few days in the yard last week and am finding spring hitting in a big way. For those of you out of state, we have had a very mild winter, with just a weekend of snow and ice. We have also had the fortune of an early spring! Flowers are starting to bloom and bulbs are coming up reaching the sky! I have mowed the lawn, cut back all the bushes and grasses and getting ready to put weed and feed on the lawn. (It's only Feb.!) Yes, we still have a month of winter left, but if the forecast is right, we will have little rain and temp's above normal! That's just fine with me!
The condo's I have been doing are on hold until they put the drywall up and the painting is done. Brandi's mom and her husband wont start the other 12 condos until the first four are sold. I have been going on interviews and am very hopeful something will be coming my way soon. I'm very ready to go to work and after working the few weeks I did, I am very exited to be going back full time somewhere.

Spring is in the air! 

Not a whole lot going on right now to write about. Stan is in Atlanta for his yearly scrapbook show and I was busy all day helping at two fundraiser for softball. Stan is staying at the CNN center in Atlanta and is having a fun time. He has never been that far east before, so he is seeing things he has never seen before. Being right in the thick of the city he is really in awe at how big city life is. Just thought I would give a short update. I have no word on any employment as of yet, but I am looking very hard and hope to have some news soon.
